لضمان جودة منتجاتنا تمرعملية الانتاج بعدة مراحل و عمليات لمطابقة المواصفات القياسية المصرية و العالمية
اولا نبدأ باختبار جميع المواد الخام المستخدمة في التصنيع لضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات القياسية و توريدها من اكبر الشركات العالمية المصنعه لخامات البلاستيك
ثانيا نقوم بخلط الخامات جيدا لضمان تجانس جميع الحبيبات مع الكربون الاسود و ايضا الحماية من الاشعة الفوق بنفسيجية
ثالثا يتم انتاج الخرطوم و جميع المكونات من النقاطات و خلافه باحدث الطرق و الميكنات لضمان اقل نسبة خطأ ممكنه
رابعا نقوم باخد عينات من كل لفة و عمل جميع الاختبارات الميكانبيكة و الكيميائية لضمان جودة المنتجات
خامسا يتم تسجيل جميع المنتجات بنظام متسلسل و بار كود لسهولة الوصول الي المشتري و تاريخ الانتاج و متابعة كل عملية من مراحل الانتاج و البيع و ايضا ما بعد البيع  
-We measure quality by the experience of our dealers, installers, and farmers. To ensure we meet those expectations we examine every centimeter of the millions of meters of drip line and hose we manufacture each year.
-The check begins with thorough standards and inspection for every raw material that goes into our products. We use only the highest engineering grade resins available for extruding our hose products, as well as in our injection molding of emitters.
Next, our state-of-the-art extruders and injection molding machines are proactively maintained to the highest standards in the industry and inspected to exact tolerances prior to every new run.
-We continue to monitor all processes during the production cycle and inspect test samples from every coil we produce. In addition, our Quality Control department randomly tests numerous samples every day to ensure our flow rates, wall thickness, diameter, pressure capabilities, coil weights, and tensile strength are all within specifications.
