Product Warranty / الضمان
obligation to Repair or Replacement: Elshamy warrants that the parts furnished pursuant to this Agreement shall conform to Elshamy’s published specifications at the time of delivery to the purchaser. Elshamy’s sole obligation under this guarantee is strictly limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of the defective product, for the time specified above from the date of shipment.
